Additional Terms for Hire
- 1-7-day hire, weekend or day hire of portable toilets will be serviced pre-delivery and on pick-up, unless otherwise negotiated.
- Securing portable loos and showers on-site is the customer’s responsibility. Kings Thrones does not provide any measures of security on-site.
- Kings Thrones takes no responsibility for under-accommodated sites and is not an event planner.
- Customers are required to contact Kings Thrones upon end of hire to arrange collection, or on-going charges may apply.
Additional Terms for Payment
- Cash customers are required to pay either the first month, plus delivery and pick-up charges, as a deposit for long-term hire, or in full prior to delivery if less than four weeks.
- Kings Thrones may require the customer to provide details of a valid credit or debit card upon hire. Kings Thrones reserves the right to present these details at any time, for payment for any sum due under the contract.
- Any hired item requiring a tip over service due to vandalism or extreme weather will incur cost for a service fee.
- Any graffiti, concrete or paint splatter, or vandalism will incur a fee to clean and remove the damaged materials, charged out as an hourly fee.
